Dear Friends,

Another Election Day has come and gone, and while I was not successful in my bid for Congress, I am proud to have had the assistance of hundreds of volunteers and friends, who were willing and ready to do whatever was necessary to help my campaign. This was truly a traditional grassroots effort, and I am very proud of the hard work that hundreds of people across the 25^th Congressional put in over the last 6 months.

 

I ran my campaign on the platform of reform—reforming the way things are done—or not done—in Washington. I am still hopeful that change will come to Washington, and our representatives will dig in to the most important issues at hand and get to work for the people who elected them.

 

I congratulate the Congressman-elect, Dan Maffei, on his victory and successful campaign. I am confident that he will represent Central and Western New York in Washington with our best interests and concerns in mind.

 

I thank you for your support and hard work. It was a pleasure working with you, and I am honored to have had this opportunity to run for Congress.
